With this being a rental apartment, the client was not interested in inventing too much in high ticket items, but wanted the luxe, contemporary feel that was well curated. One of the challenges with this place was that it was fully carpeted. So we used that to our advantage and went with bold statement pieces yet kept the environment minimal as they had a 2 year old running around the household as well. The space had to be designed in a way that felt grown-up yet child friendly!
