About the Item
Fine Georgian style onyx intaglio ring engraved with an armorial heraldic device of a shield shaped crest topped with medieval style knight's helmet surrounded by scrolls and a central winged eagle, the base of intaglio with a banner and inscription AC- FUI, translates to "I was there, I was a part of", of elongated octagonal shape set into a 14K gold setting with "US" and "61" on either side of intaglio both within stylized fan-shaped lozenges.
Beautiful vintage signet ring.
Marks: 14K, S.K.&F makers mark, personal inscription "To A.F."
