Ice Quartz Victorian Silver Paste Heart Pendant Necklace

Queen of Hearts Necklace.
An almost mystical frosty fog has been embedded into the most gorgeous rock crystal beads, creating what is commonly known as ice quartz. Ice quartz is also referred to as Nirvana Quartz and is found where glaciers have recently retreated. Needless to say, this particular genre is somewhat rare and certainly unique.
Hand-linked ice quartz rondelles in argentium silver (low tarnish), have come together to form what is know as a “Y” necklace. The simple architecture of this design drops from the center in a long and sinuous focal point, featuring a delicate Victorian (c. 1900) silver paste heart. One can only imagine how stunning this design might be for a bride wearing a sweetheart neckline wedding gown with this lovely necklace nestled tastefully in her décolleté. The double ring clasp allows for some slight adjustments to the length while a little rondelle dangles sweetly from the toggle ring. Remember - one must always look just as lovely leaving as arriving.
Adjustable from 20 inches to 20.5 inches. Drop is 4 inches long. Heart pendant is .85 inches wide X .98 inches high. Additional adjustments, on request.
