About the Item

An impressive pair of antique 1900's 1.28 carat diamond and contemporary platinum stud earrings; part of our diverse diamond jewelry and estate jewelry collections. These fine and impressive diamond stud earrings have been crafted in platinum. The contemporary platinum four claw settings each display an antique (circa 1900) 0.64ct Old European round cut diamond. The earrings secure to the reverse with a post and butterfly style fastening, the posts hallmarked with the maker's mark 'DOM', the common control mark, the platinum fineness mark and Birmingham Assay Office hallmark (anchor). These platinum and diamond stud earrings are supplied with two independent diamond grading certificates. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone. Condition These impressive stud earrings are set with very well colour matched old cut diamonds, displaying a fine white colour, brilliance and presence. The earrings are a very good gauge of gold and are in excellent condition, the contemporary setting struck with clear hallmarks to the posts.
