About the Item
This brooch features a sculpture of languid undulations, carved by renowned American lapidary artist Steve Walters. As with all his carvings, this black chalcedony is elegance personified. The gemstone is finished in a texture reminiscent of leather.
An exquisitely executed 18kt hand fabricated mounting serves to present the chalcedony sculpture; a field of granulation, a single diamond, and a natural color lavender-pink pearl all serve to accent the artwork.
This piece of jewelry is designed as a brooch, and it easily accommodates a chain from the pin hardware so it can be worn as a pendant.
