Showcasing a heart-shaped amethyst weighing approximately 23.00 carats, between halfmoon-shaped shoulders set with a pair of single-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.06 carat, approximately H color and VS clarity, to the pierced gallery and shoulders, mounted in 14-karat gold.
