This is a gorgeous antique mid-17th century Flemish verdure landscape tapestry depicting a beautiful and rich summer scene of a countryside with lush trees and vegetation. There are two solders conversing with a woman on the right and a lake in the distance. The colors are particularly vibrant and it measures: 7.7 x 13.8 ft. It is in excellent condition. Provenance: Purchased from Sotheby's Auction House, NY, New York in spring 2007.
