About the Item
A small portrait painting on card by artist Clair Seglem. Painted on card, the subject of this painting is painted in profile, and appears to be of a young woman. She has blonde hair, and a red lip. The background is a dark emerald green. The medium seems to be watercolor. A lovely piece that would make a fabulous addition to a gallery wall of other portrait paintings.
About the artist:
This piece is by the late Oklahoma artist and retired Air Force man Clair Seglem. Seglem painted into his 1990s before passing at his Oklahoma residence. He was known for his striking portraits and still life paintings.
