A fine pair of French art nouveau hand carved wooden panels or wall art, signed
L. Brissat. The technique that went into making these very detailed French wall decorations is "pyrogravure", otherwise known as pyrography. An art form that takes painstaking weeks to create.
A handsome display of time and quality in these Folk Art pieces. Perfect for the nature, animal lover to proudly hang in many rooms. Would look wonderful in a western setting as well.
Made from maple and fruitwood, edges are painted black.
