In the Manner of Abel Landry, Dessert Table, France, circa 1900

About the Item

This tiered dessert table shares many features with designs typical of Abel Landry at the beginning of the 20th century. The spindles which comprise the lower part of the frame are curved, almost resembling rays of the sun. Wooden buttresses snake up toward the upper lateral tiers, creating a sense of delicacy while lending support to the structure.
