Sponge Occasional Table in Natural Tan

The sponge table is a simple construction that highlights the use of material, extenuating the surface texture. Assuming the weight and feel of an object to later find out it's nothing like what you expected is the experience intended by the sponge table. Made from a unique carbonated aluminum, that once painted, becomes completely unrecognizable as metal. The table is constructed of two raw panels with exposed pores and one top panel featuring a smooth surface on one side. The sponge table is available in two colours, natural tan, and synthetic yellow. Lending itself to it’s surroundings it serves as an accent piece to any room and ultimately an innovator for dynamic conversation.
