French Empire ormolu-mounted vitrine cabinet pedestal, circa 1840. Very good quality bronze mounts of typical Empire period heads. Very useful pedestal vitrine combination that can be used in so many different ways. With 2 glass shelves and original key. Lined with velvet on the bottom. Size: 39" high x 18" wide x 18" wide Good condition. Normal wear consistent with age and use. Minor scratches and nicks. Very solid and stabile. Ready for use.
