19th Century English Regency Mahogany Dining Table

An exceptional 19th century English Regency mahogany dining room table, the rounded rectangular top with a reeded edge, raised on eight bold cabriole legs carved with acanthus-leaf spandrals terminating on hairy claw feet and hidden castors, with its three original leaves. Circa 1820 English Dimensions: Height: 29 1/4 in / 74 cm Width: 55 in / 140 cm Length when closed: 50 in / 127 cm Fully extended: 140 in / 355 cm Each leave: 30 in / 76.2 cm.
