Stunning Victorian 1880 Marble Topped Satinwood Console or Writing Table Desk

About the Item

We are delighted to offer for sale this absolutely lovely light satinwood writing console table with twin drawers and solid marble top A good looking and well made piece, the timber frame is late Victorian and has a glorious grain to it, the wood really glows in the right light. The table top is nice and solid, tapered around the front and sides. We have lightly cleaned waxed and polished it, there is nothing negative to note other than the marble top is slightly grey in the back right corner, I’m not sure from what Dimensions: Height 76cm Width 122cm Depth 57cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
