For Studio Alchimia, by Alessandro Guerriero
Painted and cut steel, in dramatic black and white stripes. Asymmetrical 'boxes' (the interiors brightened in lime green paint) protrude from desk top and side for organising paperwork, desk accessories, etc. The architectural form and color patterns of the desk make it dynamic and sculptural - a refreshing take on a furniture standard, with great visual impact.
In excellent condition vintage condition.
With "Certificate of Authenticity" signed by Alessandro Guerriero.
Artist and architect, Alessandro Guerriero founded Studio Alchimia in 1976, a design practice at the forefront of the post avant-garde in Italy.
