American late federal/empire mahogany fold-over tea/games/card table, circa 1830. The table having a fold-over & swivel top, below is a carved and gadrooned skirt. The table standing on a turned and carved pedestal with four Zoomorphic feet. Most likely from the Mid-Atlantic states.
