Antique Danish Late Empire Secretary Bureau

About the Item

Late empire secretary bureau in mahogany veneered oak with beautiful grain. In 2 parts. Desk top offers three bowed doors. A concave door in the middle flanked by pair of convex doors. Lower section with a slant front that opens to a fitted interior with numerous drawers. Top drawer opens to a pull-out writing or reading surface. Original good condition. Denmark, Copenhagen 1820-1830.
