19th Century Biedermeier Birchwood Sweden Secretaire and Armoires , 1830s

About the Item

Rare Biedermeier furniture, seeing it looks like a small cabinet, opening the doors we are on the right side a small, elegant, Secretaire, while on the left side a small wardrobe. Small but incredibly useful. The plan hides a secret compartment that is difficult to understand. The furniture is from the first half of the nineteenth century, full Biedermeier period. In birch wood, with a beautiful vein, it has been darkened in ancient times but once it has been restored it will resume the yellow color of the birch. To be restored and provided for treatment against woodworm (if you want we can provide for us). Rare in its form but useful in Modern Times to be a space saver, like saying two in one.
