Amuneal’s Collector’s 4 Bay Office Unit
About the Item
Four bays of our collector’s shelving system are used to create this modular office configuration with desk, adjustable display shelving, drawers and lateral files. All of the wood on this unit is white oak with a cerused and oxidized finish allowing the natural character and quality of the wood to come through in an elegant and unexpected way. The metal components and hardware are all hand-painted in a warm brass finish. The door and drawer pulls run the full width of each cabinet to carry the brass highlights along the length of the unit. The display shelves incorporate our knife-edge, hook and strap style shelves to help lend to the eclectic feel of the system. The design of our collector’s system hardware allows the shelves to be easily adjustable and removable to help curate your most prized possessions. This unit is produced in our Philadelphia-based furniture studio and is easily customized for each installation.

Amuneal was originally founded over 50 years by a husband and wife team with the sole focus of producing magnetic shielding. Today, the second generation family business is not only the country’s largest provider of specialty magnetic shields but we have also developed a custom fabrication division that is recognized as a leading resource to architects and designers looking for a design-driven fabrication partner. Always passionate about materials, finishes, industrial inspired and meticulously crafted objects, we began to offer Amuneal’s original designs to our customers in 2014. Today, with over 150 employees and 120,000 square feet of fabrication space, we offer our unique design perspective to the market with an expanding line of furnishings available to the consumer as well as the trade. Our products are designed by Amuneal, fabricated to order and built to inspire.
