20th Century Inlaid Wood and Gilt Bronze French Bureau, 1960
About the Item
French bureau from 20th century. Furniture with high leg, pleasantly inlaid with floral decorations in rosewood, palisander, mahogany, maple, tulipwood and fruitwood. Bureau finished for the center, adorned with decorations in gilded and chiseled bronze. Furniture with two front drawers and fall-front. Interior of the fall-front complete with four small drawers, various document openings and faux leather desk top of good measure. Complete with a working key. Furniture that has some small lacks of veneer, overall in fair state of conservation.
