Cabinet "Labyrinthe" in Bleu and Grey Tinted Charm By Aymeric Lefort
About the Item
Unique Cabinet "Labyrinthe" Prototype build for the Revelation exebihion in March 2019 at the Grand Palais in Paris.
This cabinet is built in tinted charm and tinted dark blue sycamore, the inside is in ash/ olive wood and has six shelves that can be adjusted. The bottom section and the front of the shelves are in Macassar ebony. The exterior is in black tented grisar wood on which are fixed panels of blue marquetry creating the decoration. This furniture is sold as "prototype" and is being used for various shows and photo shutting, it is in good condition but is not sold as new.

Aymeric Lefort
Of the first sketch to the realization, Aymeric Lefort's projects are characterized by a subtle combination between the balance of lines, the sensualism of the materials, and the delicacy of details. Every project arises from a technical and esthetic relation to which is applied the rigor of an execution and a craft know-how. Executed by a team of artisans carefully selected with which most are recognized " meilleur ouvrier de France, best worker of France " the creations of Aymeric Lefort define themselves as being timeless and modern. Aymeric Lefort’s decision to become a designer was inspired by the furniture of Jean Royere in his family home in France. After studying cabinet making, he completed his training in the workshops of cabinet makers, interior decorators in Paris, motivated by the desire to learn new techniques in the decorative arts.
