18th Century French Louis XV Carved Oak Cabinet
About the Item
French Louis XV carved oak buffett a du corps from the 18th century. This two part cabinet is beautifully carved and has been lightened at an earlier time giving it a wonderful pale golden finish. The drawers have also been modified to create a writing surface with tooled leather on the interior, making it a secretary. This piece would be great for storage in a bedroom or dining room as well.
