French Louis XV Buffet a Deux Corps

About the Item

A very high quality, beautifully-carved Louis XV period oak buffet a deux corps from the Ile-de-France region (circa 1750). Carved detailing includes a lovely stylized acanthus shell cartouche, floral and other rococo elements. Buffet has three original curved interior upper shelves and one lower shelf. Nice original iron hardware and working locks and key.
