French Louis Philippe Glazed Bookcase/ Vitrine in Rosewood with Drawers, c. 1845

About the Item

This cabinet displays an exceptional level of craftsmanship. Made of exotic & rare rosewood, this fine & tall Louis Philippe bookcase or china cupboard has a carved pediment top with glazed door panels on the top cabinet for displaying china or books. The bottom opens up to a flight of drawers that are also in rosewood, providing ample storage for linens or silver. France, circa 1845. Measure: 51 1/2" wide x 23" deep x 99" high.
