Bookcase 01
Floor to ceiling bookcase featuring 3 back-painted glass doors colored in red tones, onyx or marble top, lacquered wooden interior and brass shelving. Each of the three doors has a vertical brass handle and each compartment has an internal glass shelf. The bookcase can be placed both against the wall or in the center the room as a space divider. The brass shelving structure has no visible joints or screws becoming a familiar shape that naturally adapts to the interior environment, while the rich chromatic quality of back-painted glass creates unexpected reflections.

FILIPPO CARANDINI
Filippo Carandini is a designer and manufacturer of contemporary furniture based in Milano, Italy. Familiar volumes, vibrant color matches or a bold use of black and white, tactile materials and the echo of artistic references are the key elements of my visual language. A tailor made approach and a playful vision is what characterizes the furniture pieces. The collection is designed to interact and merge with its surroundings through reflections and space fragmentation, always bringing in a charming asymmetric accent. The collection is executed to the highest standards and entirely developed and produced in Italy through collaborations with local craftsmen.
Other stones for the top are available upon request. The colors of the glass doors and the interior are customizable.
