Brazilian Minimalist PK2 Sofa in Grey Canvas Upholstery by Paulo Kobylka

About the Item

Project awarded by German Design Award: Special Mention - Excellent Product Design. The inspiration comes from concrete structural elements found in architecture. Designed with simple lines, the minimalist structure is exactly what shapes it. The sofa is basically assembled by three main volumes: base, seat and back. The “mismatches” between these volumes generate small spaces to house furnishings. PK2 can be jointed with PK1 sofa and become an “L” shaped single unit. The sofa receives a grey soft 100% cotton canvas finishing that refers to structural parts of exposed concrete of buildings. Wooden cedar internal structure and upholstery with elastic webbing, D28 foam on the seat and D26 on the back. Pillows not included.
