This sleek collectors item is the 'Stokke' lounge chair by Jens Harald Quistgaard for Nissen Langaa, Denmark, designed and produced in the 1960s. The 'Stokke' chair features Rosewood rails held together with chrome plated steel bars and hooks. The seat slings and cushion are its original suede upholstery. Such incredible artistry and rich materials in this amazing sought-after, rare collectors chair. While dealers will often reupholster, and we can too if you prefer, collectors prefer the original leather when possible. And considering the suede leather is in good usable vintage condition - this is a prime collectors piece and a great option for the interior designer who has a hard to please collector client.
