About the Item
‘Matrice 05’ is a minimalist, black carbon fiber seat, designed and produced by the creative and technical team of France’s most important engineering practice for contemporary design and in particular avant-guarde materials. This concave seat is easy to position under any table or can be used as a contemporary statement in and of itself mixed in with any style.
The ‘Matrice’ collection combines ten objects produced in two composite materials: lacquered fiberglass and carbon fiber. These composite materials are manufactured from resins that act like a matrix for the fibers, rendering them more rigid and more resistant.
Studio Cogitech’s leitmotiv: to explore all the potential of the material, face its challenges, envisage its risks, emphasize its beauty and overcome its constraints thanks to unparalleled expertise. The ‘Matrice’ collection transforms this proven and absolute research into aesthetics and performance.
