Dry chair collection.
The dry chair concept is to work in a mixture of distinct references resulting in a modern classic in a dance between the retro and the modern. A heavy and in depth wood work is put to the structure to create interesting details and variable section thicknesses that donate a delicate outcome, where the forms transform along the well defined lines, a chair that is designed with a clinical eye to be comfortable, eye catching and coherent.
In the proportions we have a the intention of have a drawing that fits the Leonardo Da Vinci “Golden section” internally and cut this shapes to the exterior portion of the main block, to characterize the collection in a graphic way.
The structure made from solid wood, back and seat are upholstered, in the back portion of the back is possible to choose a natural wood finish or continue with the same material as the textile.
One of the focus is the versatility, with versions with or without arms.

Daniel Simonini, head of the studio, since graduating from the SPD -Scuola Politecnica di Design with a Master’s degree in Industrial and interior design in Milan, worked for the well-known design studios and companies in italy such as Arch. Ferruccio Laviani, Lomography, Lissoni Associati, Palomba Serafini and Rodolfo Dordoni, developing hi-quality projects. Internationally awarded and recognized by the life dedicated to the design field.
