About the Item
This bench design was originally commissioned for an exterior public art space in Wynwood, Florida. It is shown here in aluminum with a flat grey powder coated finish and solid Ipe wood. It is also available in various powder coating colors. The statement bench is suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. There are two levels of seating heights 17" on bare aluminum and 19" on wood blocks. Custom sizes and compositions are available on a per quote basis.

Anna Casotti IFDM The studio was founded by and features the work of artist and designer Vivian Carbonell. Vivian develops her pieces with an artists sensibility and works alongside local craftsman. Each handcrafted collection is comprised of original and limited edition lighting, furniture and accessories inspired by an emphasis on form as well as the core elements of each material chosen.
In addition to the integration of fine art and design practices the driving force of the work is striking the perfect balance between raw and refined material qualities. In the end these equilibria ensure each Carbonell Design Studio piece evokes both warmth and modern elegance stemming from a graceful synthesis of form,tone, balance and structure.
