George Nelson Coconut Armchair for Vitra

About the Item

The armchair was designed by George Nelson for Vitra in 1955. The coconut chair is an icon of the design of the 1950s and is still a cult today. With clear shapes and reduced materials, the coconut chair consists of a seat shell made of plastic and covered with blue bouclé fabric by Dedar.
