Large 19th century English carved oak armchair featuring a ladder back design and a rush seat. Sits on massive turned legs with box stretching. Wide elbow chair arms and a warm, rich patina on the vintage wood. From the Pebble Beach, California estate of billionaire banking heir Richard Mellon.
