Hand knotted in the cc-tapis atelier in Kathmandu, Nepal. The rug is made with a cotton weave, Himalayan wool, silk and metallic fiber coming from the areas surrounding the atelier. Produced with the Marrocan loom technique. The sale of every rug supports cc-foreducation. Size: 7.5' x 9.8' ft. Moroccan weave. A tribute to travel memories and tactile emotions. A travel journal filled with the scenery and color similar to the travelers of the 19th century who with their water colors created timeless memories. Fragments of color and textile that together give life to tribal patterns like the mane of extraordinary and fantastic animals.
