About the Item

This quite effective modern interpretation of an antique west Persian village carpet shows a pointed octagon central motif with palmette pendants, a surrounding fill of other palmettes, leaves and vines, and flaming floral corners, all on a sandy beige ground, and neatly set within a palmette border. As new condition.
