About the Item
A beautiful circ 8 x 10 ft contemporary design carpet, hand knotted using finest wool. On a light crème field, the design of Lotus blossoms standing next to each other executed in orange, blue and green tones.
Design influences are from Persian Tabriz and antique Ziegler Mahal / Sultanabad and Turkish Oushak rugs as well.
This rug is very fine, pile is hand spun wool of excellent quality.
The wool was hand spun and dyed with vegetable dyes and hand knotted in Agra, India.
Very nice size about 300 x 250 cm or 8 x 10 ft cm. Perfect rug for a round dining room table.
This is a new and unused rug, only one available.
