On a borderless raspberry ground a floral spray, attenuates curves and bends under the weight of a colourful pendant. The springy character of the rinceau is evident. This striking 1930s Art Deco Chinese carpet seems to be unique. It is in excellent condition with a thick, compact pile of high quality wool and precision dyeing.
