French Art Deco Bookends by H.Moreau (Hippolyte François Moreau) - both Signed.
These bookends have French bulldogs - caricature bulldogs - cubist bulldogs mounted on marble bases.
This chromed spelter dogs still have their original glass bulging eyes in the colors white, orange or butterscotch and black.
For the age (1920s) the dog sculptures are still in beautiful condition with some traces of age and use.
