One of approximately five streamline VD & R designs for National in the "Skippy" Line, which also included the Iconic scooter, racer/wagon and two trikes.
Great example of early American Streamline Industrial Design by these two Pioneers.
Good vintage used condition, considering use.
Vivid Sno - Plane decal typically missing. Original stenciled Patent underneath.
