Exquisite Trench Art Miniature Brass and Wood Thomson M1928A Sub Machine Gun

Only 4.5" long, this exquisitely crafted American Trench Art miniature sub-machine gun is obviously based on the Thomson Model M1928A. It features that model's signature wooden pistol grip, a "skeleton" stock and a removable faux magazine. This little beauty does "fire" if one pulls back a sprung bolt until it clicks, inserts a projectile into the breach and then pulls the ribbed lever that is attached to the trigger. This beautifully crafted piece of Outsider Art is truly in the Trench Art tradition of "one of a kind."
