Winton Pottery With Golf Design.
A Wonderful Golf Plate by Royal Winton, Stoke on Trent pottery, with the printed mark to the rear. The transfer decoration is showing a golf scene with artist's monogram (F A R) and is known as "Golf Language". The golf scene is of a male golfer spread-eagled on the floor with his young caddie sniggering at his awkward predicament. David Easby collection
