About the Item
Nightstand variation of the popular connects credenza. The Connect collection is designed to express the process by which each piece is created, with visible construction and fastening details that are integral to the final piece.
Traditional joinery techniques are used in conjunction with mass manufacturing technology to create this unique metal cabinetry system. Steel deep grey patina with bronze details, drawers in Claro Walnut with leather fronts. Hand rubbed oil finish is standard.
Shown with Deep Grey Steel case and Claro Walnut drawers, leather fronts, Brushed Bronze feet.
Hand rubbed oil finish is standard.

New Format Studio
New Format is a manufacturing and design firm based in Vancouver, Canada, founded in 2013 by principal Henry Norris. We use our background in architectural design and fabrication as the basis for explorations in furniture. Our motivation and interest is to take new ideas and apply them to the built environment around us. As part of our commitment to creating pieces of the highest quality, we produce and finish the majority of our work in house, at our 4000 square foot studio in Vancouver. By keeping our work close at hand, we are able to constantly experiment with the materials and refine our processes. We are inspired by problem solving and the ethos of hand craftsmanship.
