California Walnut Foundation Bed
About the Item
The Foundation Bed by Taylor Donsker is designed in such a way that it can be placed against a wall or freestanding in the center of a room to be admired from all angles. Featuring a gorgeous, hand selected horizontal slab of California Walnut, a recessed blackened steel base, and attached California Walnut and blackened steel nightstands, the Foundation Bed is designed and built to age gracefully. Solid Maple slats support the mattress while allowing it to breath. The piece breaks down for ease of shipping and assembles quickly with minimal fasteners. All wooden elements in the table are finished with Taylor's signature, velvety smooth hand rubbed oil and wax finish and handcrafted in Northern California.
