18th century Queen Anne Shaving Mirror

About the Item

This very early Queen Anne style English shaving mirror features lovely burled walnut with oak lined drawers and a fancifully curved four-drawer front. The brass lock escutcheon, decorative adjustment screws on the side mirror, bun feet and finials are all original as is the gilt mirror surround and mirror. See measurements below.

    Wear consistent with age and use. There is an age crack on the top wooden surface under the mirror. Silver loss to mirror. Since many of our pieces are well over one to two hundred years old, there is no way for us to detect every expert repair that may have been previously made.
