Unique Italian pair of table lamps by Mario Bertorelle, from 1980s.
These pieces were made during the 1980s in Massanzago by JM RMD.
These table lamps are named Delta. Delta is the fourth letter of the Greek alphabet: ?. These pieces have the shape of the Greek letter.
Mario Bertorelle designed several lamps and they are all patented between 1987 and 1992. They were described as “Lamp with optical part incorporated in a stem which is slidable on a supporting base”.
The name of the manufacturer "JM RDM", the designer "Mario Bertorelle" and the model "Delta" are stamped on the base of each table lamp.
The Tuscan company J.M. - R.D.M. Srln was founded in 1979 as a manufacture of articles in plastic materials. It was first named JM Illuminazione and was founded by Mario Jannuzzi (JM).
