Hand painted floor lamp from the 1960s by Danish artist Noomi Backhausen at Søholm ceramics workshop, Bornholm. The lamp has been mounted with a new hand folded acrylic Le Klint shade.
Each of these rare lamps were made by hand and are unique in their decorations. This example features a wonderful blue / brown abstract motif. The painted base holds a brass stem with a white shade at the top. Signed by the artist at the base.
