Ben Seibel Iron Base Floor Lamp for Raymor with White Glass Cylinder Shade
About the Item
This Minimalist, Mid-Century Modern floor lamp was designed by Ben Seibel for Raymor. It has an iron frame with a black finish and a circular base and shade support. The shade is a white glass cylinder.
Please note that the shade was replaced by the previous owner. The original shade would have been taller, and according to the 1951 Raymor catalog that pictures this design, the lamp was “Available in Black wrought iron with White Polyplastic shade only.” Because the shade simply sets into the support, the glass shade could be replaced with a custom made shade.
