Architectural metal and steel wire suspension by Lumi, Italy, 1970 Lumi was a well respected and renown Italian editor of lighting designs from Oscar Torlasco among others. The design of this great suspension bears the mark of the radical design movement in Italy around 1970. Cylindrical metal elements are linked together by steel wires to compose an architectural vertical shape which is balanced by a counterweight in cast metal.
