African Tribal Yoruba, Nigeria Rider Figure Offering Bowl Early 20th Century

About the Item

Early Yoruba offering bowl in the from of a male figure with a beard riding on horse back surrounded by four small attendants, finely carved with nice patina from native use. Probably was carrying a sword in hand, the top is now missing. Measures: 10 1/2 inches high. Color is more accurate in the still images.
