Beaded Paiute Native American Indian Handmade Work of Art Moccasins

About the Item

Very collectible, beautifully handmade Northern Paiute or Piute Native American Indian beaded moccasins feature striking contrasting colors of orange, yellow and espresso (near black). Hand applied glass seed beads are sewn to the exterior of the native tanned hide. Beaded moccasins are in near excellent condition and have always been stored in a glass case to preserve their beauty. Northern Paiute Indians are highly regarded for their finely executed bead work, circa 1940s. Measures approximately 10" long x 4" wide.
