About the Item
This Folk Art cane or walking stick is completely unmarked, but presumed to have been made in the United States in circa 1920 in the Folk Art style. The handle of the cane is a lacquered piece of burled wood with unconventional sections jettisoning out in several directions from where it is intended to be gripped The burled handle is crafted to a straight shaft of possibly hickory which was painted brown.
